RIVETS

CLOSED-END RIVETS: We provide closed-end rivets of various types differing in diameters, materials, head style, grip range, etc. The rivets made of Aluminum are available in two combinations – with Aluminum mandrel, and with stainless steel 304 mandrel.

OPEN END RIVET: Open-end rivets are hollow blind rivets that are pre-assembled onto a headed pin or mandrel. After installation, these rivets resemble tubular rivets, but in contrast to tubular rivets, the mandrel head stays inside the body of the rivet.

BULBTITE RIVET: The Bulb-Tite rivet body separates to form three legs to form a large blind-side head. This bearing head uniformly distributes the high clamp force of the Bulb-Tite in thin or soft materials providing high pull-through resistance.

 CLOSED-END RIVETS

We supply high-quality Closed-End Rivets designed to provide a watertight and airtight seal, making them ideal for applications where protection against moisture, vibration, and corrosion is critical.

Our closed-end rivets are available in a wide range of:

  • Diameters and grip ranges

  • Materials and finishes

  • Head styles to suit different installation requirements

Material Options:

  • Aluminum rivet with Aluminum mandrel

  • Aluminum rivet with Stainless Steel 304 mandrel

These rivets are commonly used in automotive, HVAC, enclosures, electrical panels, and outdoor structures.

OPEN END RIVET

Open-End Rivets are hollow blind rivets pre-assembled with a headed pin (mandrel). During installation, the mandrel expands the rivet body to securely fasten materials together.

After installation:

  • The mandrel head remains inside the rivet body

  • The rivet resembles a tubular rivet but offers faster blind-side installation

Key Advantages:

  • Cost-effective fastening solution

  • Suitable for general-purpose applications

  • Easy and quick installation

Widely used in sheet metal fabrication, appliances, furniture, and general engineering applications.

BULBTITE RIVET

Bulb-Tite Rivets are specially engineered for thin, soft, or brittle materials. During installation, the rivet body expands to form three legs, creating a large blind-side bearing head.

Key Benefits:

  • Uniform distribution of high clamp force

  • Excellent pull-through resistance

  • Strong fastening in oversized or irregular holes

  • Ideal for low-strength materials

These rivets are commonly used in plastics, composites, fiberglass, insulation panels, and lightweight assemblies.
