Silirub NES is a high-quality; neutral, elastic one-component silicone based joint sealant.
PROPERTIES
- Polysiloxane-based, moisture-curing paste with quick skin formation (5–10 min) and curing speed of ~2 mm/24 hrs.
- Elastic and durable, with >80% recovery, elongation up to 500%, and permanent elasticity after curing.
- Strong adhesion on many materials; corrosion-free and resistant to mould.
- Weatherproof and UV-resistant, with excellent colour stability.
- Wide temperature range: withstands-60°C to 120°C, suitable for applications at 5°C to 35°C

- Joints in sanitary rooms (on synthetic baths & tubs) and kitchens.
- All usual building joints with high movement.
- Expansion joints between many different construction materials.
- Sealing between metal components.
